With over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, I have been instrumental in defining the strategy and execution plans for leading and transforming business units, large technology delivery teams, and cross-functional multi-location strategic initiatives to improve customer experience, reduce cost and enhance people engagement levels in an organization. I was most recently working as a Business Head at the Royal Bank of Scotland for more than 15 years, managing Investment, Corporate and Retail Banking Technology Business Units for the organisation.

During the past 2 years, I founded a Design Thinking and Innovation consulting firm, Innovation Spark Asia, helping companies increase growth and profitability. I collaborate with my clients to build innovation capabilities, devise growth strategies, create better products and services and reinvent business models. I have been frequenting as a speaker and mentor within the Innovation and Start-up community.

Certified Executive Coach, helping executives to gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, and unlock their potential. I also provide one-on-one coaching aimed at capability enhancement of the executive by working on specific development opportunities exclusively meeting his/her needs.
